We get right to work when we get your order. Within 5 to 7 business days, your order will be on your doorstep.  Every order is quality checked and packaged tight and sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
 
We ship orders Monday through Friday.

return & exchange policy​

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or not in working order,  we’ll make the situation right.

 

Our exchange / refund policy is simple:

 

1. Contact us at Beth@No5enjoy.com. Please indicate your reason for returning your item and  let us us know if ou want a refund or to exchange your item.

2. Mail your bracelet in its original packing within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange items must be in their original purchase condition. 

3. Please include your No 5 enjoy receipt with your return.

The purchase price of your item will be credited back to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.

All items in our inventory may be exchanged for another item if damaged or not in working order.

Refunds are offered for damaged bracelets or bracelets not in working order.

 

Customized bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged), so please make sure you have finalized your sizes before your order is placed.

 

Other considerations when returning an item:

•    You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs if you return an item.

•    Please do not send returns C.O.D. as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.

•    We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping.     

•    Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

 

Again custom bracelets are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Custom order cancellations are subject to a 30% fee
